1. How much weight can I expect to lose with Zotrim?

Generally, the more overweight you are the more you will lose while following your weight management program. And the nearer that you are to that healthy, normal weight, then the harder it is to lose those last few pounds. There is a large spectrum of the amount and the rate at which you are going to lose weight, as everyone’s bodies are slight different.

2. How does Zotrim work?

4. How long can Zotrim be taken for?

5. How soon before a meal should I take Zotrim?

Zotrim works best when you take it with a glass of water 15 minutes before your meal. However, if you forget you can still take it ewhen you start you meal or during your meal. Even if you do not normally eat breakfast we recommend that you take that dose during the morning followed by two more doses with your main meals.

6. What happens if I miss a day, or a dose of Zotrim?

Zotrim will work better if you take it regularly, having each recommended dose. However, it can still help you with any meal which means you can see effects if you miss it – these just may not be quite as quick. You should try to make it a habit to take Zotrim first thing in the morning and then plan for the rest of the day. Zotrim is also available in a drink known as ‘Slenderize’ so that you can replace one or more doses each day by taking this low calorie drink instead.

7. Do you have any advice for when I’m taking Zotrim?

Zotrim will really help you to manage how you eat, but you should remember that what you eat and how you make your food is still important. If you want to lose weight then you’ll have to control calorie intake, which means cutting down fat – this has twice as many calories per gram than a carbohydrate! Some other tips include: • Substituting high fat foods with low fat alternatives – for example avoiding fried foods, using low fat milk and spreads, cereals and fruit.

• Grilling and boiling your food instead of frying or roasting.

 • Starting each day with a good breakfast and making sure you don’t miss any meals.

• Checking your consumption of alcoholic drinks, as these contain a lot of calories.

• And avoiding hidden fats by reading labels carefully, choosing low fat options where possible.

8. Do I have to exercise?

Exercise is important when it comes to any health programme, but you should always make sure that the exercise you choose is suitable for your state of health, your weight and age. There are many ways that you can increase your energy consumption by making small changes in your life – try walking instead of using the car, taking the stairs instead of the lift and so on. You should also try to make time each day for dedicated exercise.
