How to Manage Your Diet

Other Food in Your Diet

You should try to keep fat on these to a minimum when cooking by grilling, boiling, baking and poaching instead of frying. When eating meat, always try to choose a lean cut and remove any visible fat. You should try to eat fish around two times a week, especially oily fish such as trout, cod, salmon, mackerel and sardines – these all contain healthy fats.
