THE BEST BIKINI BODY: Sculpt Your Stomach, Buns, and Boobs

EASY EXERCISES
You can improve muscle tone and reshape your body through exercise. Here are some easy exercises that I recommend:
BEAUTIFUL BELLY: You can sculpt your tummy while watching your favorite shows by doing pulsing crunches. You get double the results with half of the effort.
With your legs at a 90 degree angle to the ground, lay on your back. Place your hands behind your head and curl upward from the waist lifting your shoulders off the ground as far as possible. Once you are in this position gently move forward and backwards for 30 seconds then lay back on the floor. Alternate 30 seconds of rest with 30 seconds of exercise.
BEACH BUM: You can do the leg slide, which is a great Pilates exercise for the hips and bum, without using any equipment.
Lay with your legs straight and toes pointed on your left side. Place your arm underneath you to prop yourself up on your elbow. You can put your other hand if front if you need help balancing. Balance on your hips by lifting both legs a couple inches off the ground and pulling your tummy in. Now, without letting your left leg touch the ground, move your right leg out front of you as far as you can while maintaining balance. Now move your leg back to the starting position. You should do 10 leg slides before switching sides. SKINNY DIPPING: If you work on your upper back muscles by doing the seated row yor bust line will defy gravity.
Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor and knees bent, lean back a little. At chest height, hold a bottle of water in each hand out in front of you. While keeping your upper arms close to your sides, bring the water bottles towards your body at chest level by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades. Keep pulling the bottles back until they are at the side of your chest, then straighten your arms again. Do this 20 times then rest for 30 seconds and then do it 20 more times.
